Service sessions may be scheduled via our booking system. To cancel or adjust a scheduled session, inform us at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. Late adjustments may not be accommodated but may be rescheduled at our discretion.

6. Refund Policy

Our refund processes vary by offering:

• Accounting and Bookkeeping Support Services: Clients may request a refund within 7 days of the first session. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment instrument within 10 business days. Sessions rescheduled at least 48 hours before the original date may be deferred without charge. Customized or completed sessions beyond the initial meeting are non-refundable.
• Digital Products: Customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the digital item has not been downloaded or opened. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment instrument within 7 business days.
• Physical Products: Printed workbooks and resource kits may be sent back within 30 days of delivery in original condition. Approved send-backs incur a handling fee of 10%. Refunds are credited to the original payment instrument within 14 business days after arrival of the shipment.
